While it is not perfect [what piece of vintage jewelry or an accessory is] this is a still a fabulous and unique piece. It is a keychain in gold- tone metal. Three, near white faux pearls are caged.  They are attached to the ring section and the pen. The actual pen is silver- tone. The covering for the pen has a lovely scrolling design set with tiny colorful stones. The pen/pencil does not actually work and I am confident it never did. The end where the point of either writing implement would be is plugged. This was meant to be decorative only. Unsigned.   Condition:   Very good vintage.   Plating wear is noted especially when viewed very closely. There are four stones set on the elaborate metal. I cannot tell if there were more at one time. My feeling is that there were always only four stones as I cannot find any empty settings. Measurements:    5 3/4" total length.
