SOLD WAS: $140.00 NOW: $100.00 This is one of their well known designs and it is lovely as usual. The brooch has layered construction with two flowers sitting on top. The florals have smoky black chatons at their centers and petals of pastel ABs that show primarily pink. Smoky black navettes form much of the bottom layer. A large chaton is surrounded by the pastel ABs and a stem of the ABs completes the design. The setting is gold- tone and both open and closed. The characteristic rivets, or as Mr. DeLizza calls them "eyelets", are used. I recently found out that the company did not use the term "black diamond" to describe the smoky black stones. All of the top quality rhinestones are prong set. The matching earrings are the clip- on type. Condition: Excellent vintage. Measurements: Brooch: 2 7/8" long and 1 1/2" wide. Earrings: 1 1/4" tall and 3/4" wide.
